ilya labs teaches Generative Entrepreneurship to entrepreneurs and the colleges and universities that educate them.
Generative Entrepreneurship is a way for entrepreneurs to conceive, design, run and grow their organizations so that their net impact is generative - which means that Generative Entrepreneurs create mission-driven businesses that have a net replenishing impact on people, planet and profit.
Generative Entrepreneurship is deeply needed right now because we really do have an opportunity to reverse the impact of classical business practice through the massive wave of entrepreneurs launching new businesses every day.
Generative Entrepreneurship isn’t a buzzword. It was born out of our founder’s 20+ years in global, for-profit organizations, her own experiences as an entrepreneur and uniquely - from her doctoral research on exactly this.
Generative Entrepreneurship is applicable, in incubators, in classrooms (where ideas are born!), and of course in close confidences of entrepreneurs.
